went in this morning for a full service oil change. Tony and Kate were great. i love the free service they do by checking all fluids and check tire pressure. thanks guys
I’ve came to this location twice and I just wanted to shout out Jeremy!!! He is always super kind and communicates a lot of information about what he’s doing and how it works. Also, the two other gentleman, Zach and Donovan are great as well! Very hands on and helpful. Thank you for always making it a good, quick and easy experience!
I was told at the beginning that they were understaffed that day and only had two people working. It was a significant wait before I got into the bay. Hoping that isn’t the norm. I don’t want to wait that long again! My review is based my experience once I got into the bay. They have three pkg levels, and I didn’t feel pressured to upscale. They check filters, etc, but again there was no pressure to buy any of them. I did buy a new air filters, as it was obvious that it needed replacing. Staff was very personable and even entertaining?. I had a$15 coupon from online, but they said they would have given me the coupon if I didn’t have one. In the end I paid $130 which included the $99 pkg, a $30 filter and the $15 coupon. I like the price compared to other places. I will go back again.
