had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled up, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I really appreciated that I didn’t even have to get out of my car—it made the whole process quick and hassle-free. The staff walked me through everything they were doing, never pressured me into extra services, and answered all my questions with honesty and patience. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service, which is rare these days. The service was fast but thorough, and I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. Plus, the convenience factor alone makes this place a no-brainer for routine maintenance. Highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for quick, trustworthy, and top-notch service. Excellent service! The crew at this location are the friendliest servicemen I have ever experienced. They were kind, smiled a lot, and I felt safe in their hands. I do not know a lot about cars, and so it’s important that I feel like I can trust what the shop tells me. The atmosphere that the personnel at this location created made me feel very comfortable that they would perform the services I needed well and only sell me services I truly required.
I was hesitant on coming here because I’ve never been before. I’m glad I did because they are so informative. I went for an oil change and was past due. They gave me a clear understanding of how cabin filters and other filters in the car work, why it’s critical to stay up to date on oil changes which I knew but no one ever went into depth about how it all works. They did. They also reset my indicator light so I’m alerted to when I need an oil change next (also they put a sticker on the windshield). My car was set at 50,000 miles for my next oil change so I’m glad they fixed that for me! Then they noticed my engine light was on and checked to see what that issue was for free. They explained the problem to me and helped me find a couple places that can do the work I need. And all of this took less than 10 minutes! They are absolutely amazing! I went to the one in Greenville NC on Memorial Drive in front of Planet Fitness. I will go back 100%
