They were super polite and everything that they do. The price is great, and the recommendations are super helpful highly recommend, especially if you live in the Wooster area. Thank you guys!!
First time using this one after a negative experience with another quick lube we won't name........ They did a great job explaining everything to the fullest, letting me know what my Jeep needed. They even checked the differentials and found them to be overdue. Something the other place didn't bother to catch. Didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, and showed me everything every step of the way. Earned a new repeat customer!!!
I went to Take 5 when I needed a quick oil change but didn't have time to schedule an appointment elsewhere and wait around. The prices are a little higher, but for the convenience of staying in my car and it only taking 15 minutes, I personally felt it was well worth it. The employees were all kind, and even gave my son a little goodie bag. Overall, a great experience!
