The guys were all quick, friendly and knowledgeable. When I pulled up to the bay door they proceeded to get the information they needed and they heard a rattling sound and didn’t hesitate to check it out. The guy got on the ground and stuck his head under the car and immediately saw it was just the mesh around the exhaust pipe rattling. I will definitely return to Take 5 and you should give them a try if you need an oil change! Thank you to Phillip and the team!
I’ve been to this place a handful of times, and with the new manager Rhett and employee Phill I finally feel comfortable going there. Old management I give this place a 1 star. New management I give it 5 stars. Previously I kept giving them a chance because I wanted to support the new local business in Springfield. Those chances led to them changing my coolant twice (I have 68k miles on my car, but they insisted and I had no idea what I needed), and.. they broke the piston on my glovebox. I met with one of the district managers who was filling in for Doug (old manager) and he said he would get me the part. Then I met with Doug and he said the same. Never got the part! Finally Rhett is taking care of it as of today. The new team is quick and they really know what they are talking about (especially Phill). I really hope this staff stays.
The team on Bechtle ave are a group of good people. When I arrived they greeted me and made me feel welcome. Phillip is very charismatic and paid attention to every detail throughout the process. Chase and Jacob took great care of my oil change and coolant flush. They made sure I understand what needed done and what was happening along the way. Luke also assisted with the coolant flush when there was an air bubble stuck in the system. They worked together and got it done. This is a great location with great people and they will be getting my business again.
