I was greeted and provided cool water while waiting. Tyler very helpful, friendly and had no problem explaining the process before starting. They made sure to have all the replacement items on hand before starting the oil change. They checked all the fluids and tire pressures. Then showed a chart with different oils offered at the location and charges associated with to each. Made sure to let me know that the service cost included 5qrts any additional had a charge. During the full process he let me know what was done and left. All said and done it was quicker that expected and the value made sense. I did use the higher end but they do have coupons on there site.

Went today for the first time after putting off getting an oil change for too long. Tyler was my tech and he was great! Very kind and efficient. Explained the different oil options, let me know when to anticipate needing coolant flushed, and showed me my filters and explained their remaining lifespan. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for an efficient walk-in oil change. Pricing was standard with what I have been charged at other locations and they give a 25% military discount which is greatly appreciated!

I especially appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need or pressure me into extra services. They were honest, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the great customer service, and I think everyone in Maineville should give them a try. It’s refreshing to find a business that makes a routine errand such a pleasant experience!
