I've used another company for 6 years and I'm glad I gave take 5 a chance. The manager was friendly, and very patient with her staff who seemed young and like they were still learning. She made sure I was shown the air filter when told it was dirty. And assured me that my car was fine even though I was well over due for a change. Will be back!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Coshocton Avenue in Mount Vernon. Katlynn helped me with the oil change on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and she was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and very clear about what she was doing. She explained the oil/filter options, made sure I understood what I was getting, and didn’t make me feel pressured to overpay for anything I didn’t need. I stayed in the vehicle the whole time, and she handled the oil change, checked my fluids, and went over the little details quickly and carefully. The whole thing took barely 10 minutes, but it never felt rushed. Katlynn was kind, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her work. This location deserves more recognition, and based on my visit, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this Take 5 location — especially if Katlynn is working. Great service, fast, honest, and professional. A+ for sure compared to everywhere else I've been for an oil change in the last couple years.
I was in and out pretty quickly. Both of the people working there were friendly and knew how to do their job. I love that you get to stay in your car the whole time. So much easier than going to Walmart and waiting an hour, and costs about the same price!
