It was my first time getting an oil change tbh, and the manager in Marion was awesome, and everyone was supe friendly, firstly they offered complimentary cold waters while they did everything while we sat in the car. They answered all my silly questions and told me what they were doing and explained everything about the process to me. They actually took time to make sure I understood everything because no one has really told me anything about these things, so I appreciate it and And the fact that you get free tire pressure checks and fluid checks for 3 months is amazing. It was fast, informative and just a great experience for a first time customer. I won't be going anywhere else.
I just want to say, this place is under a new shop manager since December 2025. This place is absolutely amazing!! Clearly explained the prices of everything, got to do some chitchat and a free bottle of water while I waited. The shop manager is who serviced my vehicle and he was great! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone!
This was my first time going to Take 5 and I will say it was a breeze. I believe I delt with the female shop manager or assistant manager. She explained everything really well and brought the funny with her! Super quick and helpful! She was able to accommodate my discount even though my coupon wouldn't scan! That was incredible. Especially for what my actual price would have been. They were able to give me some tips on some other things they noticed while filling my fluids so I could try to get in front of future issues. Very thankful for that!
