Beautiful people, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I go to Take 5 a lot. I really like the one on Lima Rd in Ft Wayne. They use a great marketing tool. With the bottle of water, they also give you a Take 5 candy bar. That made a huge impression on me. You should do that too. Everyone remembers chocolate...not water.
Everyone was friendly and nice. I wasn’t from the area. Was getting my son’s car serviced. He’s away at college. Was happy with the service I received. Maybe one suggestion, there was several new employees there being trained. Manager was trying to take care of both bays, and wasn’t able to really watch was the newbies were doing. Made me feel like I had to really keep an eye on them.
Take 5 in Defiance is amazing!!!! The gentleman that were there they were very helpful. I travel for work and I was way overdue for an oil change. They did share with me the things that needed to be done to help my car run more efficiently. They also gave me a coupon to help since I was a little strapped on cash and didn’t get paid until the following day. They were kind helpful, clean my windshield and got me on my way. I have about a 4 1/2 hour Drive home and I feel much better that they took care of me! Great place friendly staff will definitely come back :-)
