Great experience at Quick 5 Oil Change on North Rockwell! Joel and Christopher did a great job with safety checks and made sure everything was handled properly. Christopher, the service writer, was professional, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location!
I was so impressed with the thorough service, polite attention, complete explanations of what they were doing, why, and visual explanations and confirmations. Jonathan helped immediately with all business details, Don was underneath doing whatever he did under there perfectly, and Stacey was constantly busy attending the car above ground and making sure everything stayed nice and clean and neat. I will not go anywhere else and I highly praise and recommend them. Great job, guys!
Outstanding service from start to finish. The moment I pulled into the bay, I was greeted right away and even offered a cold bottle of water—great first impression. What really stood out was the communication. The techs walked me through each step and clearly explained what they were seeing. No pressure at all—just honest, straightforward service. As it turned out, I didn’t need the oil change yet, so I decided to wait another couple thousand miles. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. If I get the same two techs this summer, I’ll be in great hands.
