James took his time to explain things to me! Very nice crew and quick even with the crazy rain that was going on! Highly recommend! Not pushy. As a female I felt comfortable even when I was the only one there. Comfort is a must!
gabe did an awesome job, super helpful and informative, got me a good deal, let me know what needed to be done without doing the unnecessary upselling that oil change places are known for. i appreciate his down to earth personality. i would way rather employees just be friendly and themselves, then act, all professional and overly fake like some places require. Way more comfortable this way, especially with me not being Knowledgeable at all with cars
This was our first time. Came in for an oil change. It was a Saturday and super busy which is a good sign. I was really impressed with the over all experience. The manger came out and offered us bottled water and took our information. Informed us about the wait and from start to finish it really wasn’t that long. Everyone we talked to was very professional and worked with precision. They checked everything even the air filter. They checked and filled all the fluids even washed my window! The best part I didn’t even have to get out of my car. After we were done the manager took time to come back over to see if we were happy and had a good experience. This is great customer service.
