I had an excellent experience with Huncho, the Assistant Manager at Take 5. He was professional, friendly, and extremely informative throughout the entire visit. The service was quick, yet he still took the time to perform a thorough check on my friend’s vehicle and explain everything clearly. Although I only came in for an oil change and didn’t have time for additional services, his knowledge and approach definitely would have convinced me to get more done. His customer service truly stood out. We will absolutely be returning, and my friend was very glad I recommended this location. Five-star service from both of us!

Summary: Overall, it is nice to have a quick oil change without waiting hours. I do have pros and cons to report. PROS: You stay in your vehicle. You get immediate attention from crews. They communicate with each other well and work in teams of 3-5 techs. They are quick at servicing your vehicle. They are thorough in checking your vehicle. On top of that, the manager double checks the service before calling it complete. He then talked to me afterwards. That's good quality control and supervision. In and out in around 30 minutes. CONS: What I did not like was no upfront transparency on pricing was given at the start. The business is all about the 'upsale' meaning they find many reasons to sell you other stuff to make more money. They did persuade me to get a new cabin filter, but charged $52 for a filter that costs $17.99 at AutoZone. That's over a 200% upsale. Not thrilled about that. They also attempted to sell me a coolant flush and air filter and I told them no. Final cost put the door was around $150 with oil change being around $80+. In the end, I know I may return based on time convenience, but I also know best to say NO to attempts to sell more services.
