My car said I needed an oil change but it didn't bc I had already been here to have it done a month ago. The guys forgot to reset mileage on car. They were gracious and honest. Good to see young men like Orion and Rodney being helpful and so honest. I was definitely surprised but grateful bc I need that kind of service and will be back. Telling all my Large family and friends. Ty so much.
The team at the Red Oak, TX location was amazing. They all jumped on the car and work together. It was quick in and out. They all were so nice to me. They explained everything, they showed me proof of everything that they did, they even went to extra mile to verify if I needed that service through looking up my car on carfax because they didn’t want me to conduct a service if it was not needed yet. I would recommend this location to everyone. I’m not going anywhere else. They are my team. I don’t remember there names but they worked on 21Feb2026 and it was the night crew.
I had a great experience getting my oil change today. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, completed the service in a timely manner, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
