Great overall experience, alittle longer wait than usual. We were greeted and given a complimentary water as we waited. Once it was our turn, was guided in and greeted once again by another technician. Showed me what they offered and what he would recommend. Great service overall. Went in for an oil change but did a cabin air filter as well. Other than the wait experience was great. Wil be coming back once maintenence is due.
First time customer here and I’ll start with excellent service and overall great experience. Jacob was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I spent way more money than I planned and he didn’t make me feel pressured to do it lol. My husband was very pleased with the service done to the vehicle. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend. I will be coming back with my vehicle!!
It was a great experience. The techs checked everything, and did what was needed. They told me of other fluid services they could do and made a couple of recommendations. Thank you for your attention to detail and getting the job done in a timely manner. The newest tech they had there, meet me at the doors offering an ice cold water, that little touch on a hot day means a lot, thank you sir. I’ll be back many times over. Normally we take our vehicles to the dealership, Take5 was and the right way to go. We definitely had a bit of a savings but a huge time savings. For veterans. Best discount of any establishment of any kind I’ve ever visited. Here it was 25%, I really appreciate it. Thank you once again.
