I had an excellent experience at Take 5 yesterday! Kudos to Jovaris and entire team! From the moment I pulled up, the service was quick, professional, and extremely well organized. The team was knowledgeable, communicated every step of the process, and made sure I understood exactly what my vehicle needed without any pressure. I received an oil change and a coolant flush, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. It’s clear that this location is led by strong management — the staff worked efficiently together and created a welcoming environment for customers. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but this team truly delivered. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, fast, and high-quality servic-all while sitting in the comfort of my car!
The attendant Matthew was awesome. I was being annoying with a coupon that wouldn't work and he calmly helped me take care of the situation to ensure I was able to use it. Then he proceeded to pay attention to every detail of my oil change and was able to answer any questions I asked. You can tell he cares and is a very hard worker. I very much appreciate Matthew and his team for the amazing customer service.
I think the name of the person that explained the process and assisted me with setting up the oil change was Gregory. He was courteous and patient with answering all my questions. I haven’t taken a car to be serviced in many years, which albeit true, I don’t think he believed me ?. I never saw the other guys name, because he was working. The process was quick, and at my request, they checked the other fluids in my vehicle. And I liked that they then showed me where the oil was replenished, and we discussed the radiator flush that I need to put on my to do list. Minus one star for the phone repeatedly being hung up when I was calling before driving there for pricing, because it wasn’t posted.
