I was very, very pleased. I have never had a more pleasant experience the guys that work there were awesome. I have told all of my friends about my experience. I didn’t even know I had a filter in my glove compartment and when he took it out, it was horrible beyond words. They were fast, courteous, a fun bunch to talk with. I will never take my car anywhere else I just had a great time being there. It was more like a visit with friends than an oil change thank y’all so much. Be seeing you. I could really just go on and on. About how welcomed they made me feel I told the manager I will bring them lunch one day he said no I didn’t have to do that and I told him that I wanted to do that Because of how nice I was, they just made me feel like they were my grandson’s working on my car. I know that sounds crazy, but I loved it. Thank y’all and God bless.
Was greeted with a bottle of ice cold water and a smile, good way to start a day. Led to a bay, directed in, answered a few questions, was given a few options, and off to the races! Service was done quickly and efficiently, and the most telling property of the visit was when the techs double checked each other's work. Gave me peace of mind, I tell you that! Paid, and headed out!
I needed a last minute check since the truck was doing some funny up and down on the oil gauge and the technician not just gave me cold water ( super hot that day) if not take the time to hear my question and concern , check and then explain to me and reassure me that it was going to be ok! They even check on the cooking fluid That, right there is worth a million!!!! Great people working there
