From the moment I drove in, until I pulled out, this was a top-notch experience. Service was exceptional, prices were good. I was informed of some issues going on in my car. There is absolutely no pressure to upcharge on anything. I will absolutely without a doubt becoming back.
Well, it was my first time in here, cuz all the others were closed today, and I just wanted to share my experience. Top-Notch. Team of 3 come out, 1 gets ur info, runs all things on the computer, helps confirm type of oil, then comes to show you and verifies oil is filled to the line. 2 others are calling out what they see, oil was 1/4 low, air filter looks okay, but showed us it could use changing soon. Then “Do we check the tires?” I heard, so yes, then they confirmed the pressure out loud, Check-Check-Check....True teamwork. Then another young lady comes out with the receipt showing everything that was completed during the visit, confirms you're clear on the details and reiterates to come back in for a top off before ur next oil change for free... With my call in before going to the shop, to make sure it was open, I was texted a coupon for $25 off! Although this was not for my own vehicle, I can see how pleased my daughter was with the service her car got from this establishment ?
I am very satisfied with “Take 5” Oil Change in Crockett, Tx. The crew were very thorough with all aspects of my requests for service and their recommendations. Great communication between the crew members which show attention to detail as a standard that is required and followed there. Job well done!
