Had my first visit to the new Take 5 location here at Crossroads off 380. The technicians were polite, and quick. I used a coupon and got $25 off my service, and they do free tops offs which is a great added value. I'll definitely be back when I don't have several hours to wait as is the case with most shops around here have. I never remember to schedule my oil changes and they got me back on the road fast. Their prices are a bit higher but I see that as a convenience fee for folks like me that don't plan ahead. Thanks guys!!
The newly opened Take 5 in Cross Roads/Aubrey is phenomenal!!! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and immediately brought in for service. Every single person working there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and also kept me informed on every step in my oil change. They were very thorough and careful with my truck too. In a matter of minutes they completed my oil change, topped off fluids, adjusted tire pressure, and all other preventative maintenance items. The work area and business were clean, organized, and very well kept. Gentlemen, thank you for an amazing experience and thank you for helping to restore my faith in these types of services and easing the fear and doubt I had about using a quick service oil change business! I hope the owner(s) and manager(s) of this particular location appreciate and acknowledge the great team of guys that make this business as great as it is!!!
I had a very great experience with the this Take5! When I got there the guys guided me in with easy instruction. I went to go get just an oil change and they finished very quick (about 10 minutes IF THAT), they had to check a few numbers in my car and they were very polite when doing so! Overall 5 star experience will be going again!
