First and foremost, Thank You to Jay and Walter for their professionalism and their true friendly demeanor!! I can only speak to my visit (4/24/26), experience and it was enjoyable, easy and fast. Granted, I was the only vehicle in their bay at the time, but they took their time to educate me on my perfered oil of choice, added new wiper blades pointed out that I had an issue with my oil pan treads. Cool, easy fix! Ended my visit with thank you's, a handshake and fist bump! Understand that everyone has good days and bad days, whether you're looking for service or giving it. Approach everyone with a friendly attitude, smile and handshake and 9/10 times you'll receive the same. Gentlemen, and Take 5, welcome to Decatur! I wish you all a long and profitable stay! It was a very hot day when I went to have my oil changed. After being motioned in to the space for the oil change and parking I was handed a cold bottle of water to enjoy. Then the whole oil change proceeded after a little information shared with the Technician. My experience was handled quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!
