Super professional! It was my first time there and they were very helpful. I called before I came just to get an idea of prices and if they were busy. The manager Richard answered all of my questions on the phone and even offered a coupon. My technicians were Richard, Matthew, and Jaelyn. The service was super quick and they even let me know I had an oil leak. They checked 15 things for my service when I thought it was only an oil change but they really went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone especially people who don’t know what they’re doing ( like me) They were very understanding and explained everything. I ended up getting a high mileage oil change ( my car has over 200,000 miles) And a coolant exchange. The coupon really helped and the crew was awesome ! Definitely going back considering I can come back and they will top off ALL of my fluids with no extra charge. As long as I’m within the mileage on the oil change sticker of course.
I was in a hurry to get home but really needed to get my oil changed before my truck goes on a road trip. These guys were amazing. Got me in/out very quickly. Oil changed plus did a flush of my coolant. Friendly service and they explained everything and gave me choices. No forced up sales. Thanks so much! I had a coupon that said UP TO 50% off but I. Fact it was only 25.00 off I didn’t like that, but it was a “corporate” thing. Not the location itself.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at Take 5 for an oil change. I was greeted immediately with a smiling employee along with a water for me. He helped guide me into the bay and made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t have to wait maybe 5 minutes and then the tech started on my vehicle. He was very nice and polite, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was done in about 15-20 minutes and that was mainly because I did ask a lot of questions. They helped guide me out of the bay and I was on my way. Best oil change experience I’ve ever had.
