I went to the Valvoline on Sunset for an oil change. I originally came in because I had a coupon that I thought I could scan, but unfortunately I couldn’t. Instead, I had to pay online. Alexis was the employee who assisted me, and he was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He even spoke with his manager, Oscar, to get approval for my coupon. In the end, I left happy and completely satisfied with the service I received. I especially appreciated that they made an exception for me as a one-time courtesy. Thank you both for the excellent customer service!
I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I want to give a special thank you to Rene for the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, Rene was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my vehicle received excellent care. The entire team worked efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. It's refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. If you're looking for fast, honest, and high-quality oil change service, I highly recommend Valvoline—and be sure to ask for Rene. He truly made the experience five stars!
