I told Anthony G. that my starter was going out, he asked a few questions, and tested my battery which tested as 100% charged but was in the caution area. I got the battery from them almost 3 years ago (still under warranty but on the verge) they replaced the battery and explained that it may be the battery and not the starter! I am so so grateful for their amazing service and friendly care!! Thank you Anthony's!!! ??
I was blown away on my visit! I was across the street at another retail establishment in the waiting room staring out the window and was amazed at how efficiently they were pushing through cars. I needed an oil change and decided might as well see what was happening over there. My greeting was prompt from a young woman who walked me through the process. While she was doing so, her manager ,Anthony, came up to see where she was in the process and if she needed help. She didn’t and he gave her kudos for being so on top of things. He then bragged he hired her and did a little dance. After that, I listened to him encourage the rest of his team and heard him say “I’m doing an oil change out back, I better not beat you”. I had no idea what that meant, but about 10 minutes later he waked up to my car and told me I was done. I was confused because I hadn’t even pulled into the bay yet. He said I wasn’t going to make you wait so I did right here. What customer service!! I oversee 160 restaurants and know the importance of having a manager out front with their team, not only building culture but demonstrating what true service means. Kudos to Anthony and his team!
Awesome service overall! I come here quite often to get my oil change due to convenience. I came here today about 2:15pm and was out by 2:32pm. I can’t remember everyone’s name but the manager greeted me and another guy scanned me in. Grant did a great job explaining everything to me and the guys working below finished pretty fast. The service is so good here that so many people come here, causing the company to have to hire more staff. Having more staff made this visit more smoother than usual. I truly appreciate you all and many Blessings!
