This is hands down my favorite Valvoline location! Corey, the manager, is absolutely amazing. They had trouble getting my hood latch to open, but instead of giving up, Corey stayed persistent and worked on it for about 10 minutes until he finally got it open—all in 100-degree heat. That level of dedication says a lot about the kind of service they provide. A huge shoutout to the entire team: Seth, Jilian, Isabela. I bring all five of my vehicles here for routine oil changes because they consistently provide outstanding service. They’re always friendly, professional, and get me in and out quickly. Even in the blazing heat, they offered me a bottle of water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I can’t say enough good things about this team. If you’re looking for honest, hardworking people who truly care about their customers, this is the Valvoline to visit!
My dad recommended this place in Van Buren. Its my first time here and I had a great experience at Valvoline and wanted to recognize Jacob and the whole team for their excellent service. Jacob was very professional, helpful, and made the whole oil change process smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the service without any pressure to buy extra products or services. I really appreciated how honest and respectful they were throughout the visit. It’s nice to find a place that provides fast service while still taking the time to treat customers well.
