Aneesa, Malaine and Katrina were fantastic, efficient, and friendly! It was really awesome to see three women working at Valvoline. They got me in ASAP, and were so friendly and sweet to my dog that I had in the car with me, and even gave him treats. They were thoughtful and I loved seeing one teach another to spread the knowledge and education. I love this location! They’re so fast and efficient
I had such a great experience at Valvoline! The whole team was friendly, efficient, and made the oil change process so easy and stress-free. Marilin and Katrina were especially wonderful — they really took extra care of me and were so sweet with my dog too. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and honestly made the whole experience enjoyable, which was very unexpected for an oil change! Overall, everyone was great, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.
I had a really great experience getting my oil change here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly worked well as a team. What stood out the most was how much they communicated with each other—there was a lot of cross-checking throughout the process, which made me feel confident that everything was being done thoroughly and correctly. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush through things just to get cars in and out. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service. Staff was 10/10 great people !!!
