This place is awesome! They are honest, thorough and respectful. As a woman with little car knowledge, I tend to get a bit nervous when it comes to car maintenance, as I don’t want to be overcharged. This Valvoline does a great job of talking you through the process and keeping you updated. I felt like they were being transparent. A plus is that they have so many women working there! The assistant manager was a woman! This made me feel much more comfortable. Great work, and thank you Valvoline!
I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location for multiple oil changes, and they continue to provide a great experience every time. What I love most is how quick and convenient the service is. They recommend additional services when appropriate, but I never feel pressured or guilted into saying yes if I decline. I really appreciate that. Gabe took great care of my car and made the whole experience easy and stress free. He was professional, friendly, and honest, and made me feel like I could trust his recommendations. It’s because of experiences like this that I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had at Valvoline - Mission Gorge. My oil change was completed in about 15 minutes, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing, professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made me feel welcome and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They didn’t make me feel rushed or hurried, it was just right. The quality of the work was excellent. They checked and adjusted the tire pressure in all of my tires and even topped off my coolant. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and attentive to detail, but this crew exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Valvoline location and will definitely be returning for future service.
