I regularly get my oil changed at Valvoline, and I'm always happy with my service. You cannot beat the convenience. I had not been to this location before. They always check your lights, fluid levels, battery and tire pressure. I have an older car with 200k+ miles on it. I chose the semi-synthetic blend. They replaced my air filter, as well. The price is comparable to most other places, and I always check for coupons on the internet. My only challenge was that the gentleman who was my service consultant spoke way too quickly. I had to ask him to repeat himself a number of times. I would make an effort to avoid fast speech when dealing with customers.
I had a great experience getting my oil change done here. Everyone was super nice, professional, and took the time to educate me on what they were doing and why it was important. I really appreciated how patient and honest they were throughout the process. Big shoutout to Eddie and Jermaine for their amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
David and crew awsome.. pulled right in everyone happy and ready to work! Let me know what was ready to be done and normally would wait till next visit but took care of radiator now.. had a coupon ready and all great! This is my spot.. never changing.. thanks guys! 5 stars plus ⭐️
