Outstanding Fleet Service Experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change I recently brought three Chevy fleet vans to Valvoline's 15-Minute Drive-Thru Oil Change service, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Fortunately, my timing was perfect, and all of the service bays were open with no wait. From the moment we arrived, we were eagerly guided into the bays and welcomed by a team that demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. The staff clearly explained available services, made appropriate recommendations without any pressure, and helped us understand what was needed now versus what could be addressed later. Billing was seamless, and they also took the time to explain how their fleet service program could support our company going forward. That conversation alone helped make the decision for us—we'll be using Valvoline for our fleet maintenance needs moving forward. I'd especially like to recognize the team members who made this experience exceptional: Raymond – outstanding leadership and organization. Caesar – excellent co-leadership and customer service. Alexis, Tyrese, and Troyce – professional, hardworking technicians who kept everything moving smoothly. A special shout-out goes to Tyrese. What motivated me to write this review was the positive energy he brought from the moment we arrived. He immediately made us feel confident that the team could handle whatever we brought in and set a great tone for the entire visit. His enthusiasm, communication, and customer-focused attitude stood out and made a lasting impression. I also want to acknowledge the technicians working underneath the vehicles, whose efforts may not always be visible but were clearly an important part of the team's efficiency and success. Thank you to the entire Valvoline team for making what could have been a lengthy fleet maintenance day quick, professional, and stress-free.
