⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. The team was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They got my oil change done quickly without sacrificing quality, and they took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done to my vehicle. Customer service is hard to find these days, but this team truly goes above and beyond. The process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back for future services and will be recommending this shop to all of my friends and family in the surrounding areas. I had an excellent experience at Valvoline! Emily, Elida, and their teammate Healthy all provided amazing, friendly customer service. They were welcoming, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. They changed my oil, replaced a brake light, rotated my tires, performed a fuel treatment, and replaced my engine air filter. They took the time to explain everything and never made me feel pressured. Their service was so good that I brought my second car back the very next day. I truly appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be back!
Quick & convenient service, Lauren is super kind. :) They seem to be very thorough, making sure your vehicle is doing well from your lights, to your battery, to your fluid levels. I got an oil change (synthetic), tire rotation, and replaced my cabin air filter for my 2025 Honda HR-V-- total cost after an online $15 off coupon was about $193. Oil change itself was around $90 base price including labor. Paying for car servicing is never fun LOL, but I’m not losing sleep over it. Will likely return for my next oil change because they’re polite and quick.
