I came in for an oil change, and the team (Israel, Joseph & Luis) performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and provided helpful recommendations without any pressure. I felt like my car was in good hands. Israel was especially helpful and let me know about the VIOC text alerts, which helped me save 10% plus an additional $15 off with a coupon. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!
Another oil change facility previously failed to install the oil gasket correctly. However, Sam Israel and Carlos, the manager, promptly identified and resolved the issue by securing the oil filter, replacing the lost oil, and thoroughly cleaning the undercarriage. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and courteous service were truly exceptional! Plus a beautiful view while you wait
I came for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Sam, the supervisor. She and CJ assisted with so much courtesy and attention to details. I was so impressed with the both of them and their willingness to serve with whatever I needed. Later, I met Brian and Raymond who were the ones underneath my car changing the oil and advising me of the leak I had underneath. Thank you VIOC crew for a job well done and for being so awesome. Soooo thankful I live close! I'll see you guys again, that's for sure.
