I was very impressed with this place, everyone there was professional and kind. They treated my truck very nicely. They let me know about the other recommended services without being push or making it feel like up-selling. And the good news, I already knew I needed dif fluid in the front and was planning to ask about pricing on it to decided if I was ready to do it today. They were able to bundle services together for me at a reasonable price, making absolutely worthwhile to have them handle everything today. Engine Oil, Front and Read Diff fluid. Side note, I first went a different oil change place closer to my house and the man who helped me was rude and grumpy and seemed annoyed that I could possibly want an oil change. I ended up giving Valvoline a shot next and had the poler opposite experience. I was greeted by someone who appeared to be on break (possibly), and then Joe helped me with the rest. Every person I spoke to was really cool and easygoing. Great job everyone. Keep it up. I will be back soon with my car.
This was my first time visiting a Valvoline, and I received such exceptional service that I plan on going to Valvoline for all my car maintenance needs for now on. From beginning to end, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The mechanics that worked on my car made sure I was informed on the importance of each of the services I received and I left feeling like I had a better idea of how to care for my car. Please give the entire team kudos!
First time going to this business. The Shop Manager, Chris, is polite and professional. Ernesto was courteous and informative. He provided information about services and recommendations on what order to get the services. When offering upgrades or replacement parts (filters etc) was not pushy about it. He provided a side by side of the filters, provided the price point, and asked if I wanted to change them. He stated facts and made recommendations. I appreciate how succinct the service is. Shout out to Peter, Hector, Gabriel, and Brandon. While I did not interact with all of the team, they were doing the work, and I appreciate what they do. Huge thank you to the team and peace of mind before traveling. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicle to this shop.
