I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location and wanted to give a major shout out to Gregory and the entire team, including William and Matt. Everyone was professional, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish. Gregory especially stood out. He was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. We bonded over both having lived in Alabama after he noticed my Alabama license plate, which made the visit feel very genuine and personal instead of transactional. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and honesty. My air filters had apparently never been changed because I had previously been told they were too difficult to access. Gregory made sure they were replaced, and once they showed me the old filters, I was shocked. They were almost completely black. I appreciated them taking the time to explain everything without pressure. They also made sure my tire air pressure was checked and set correctly, which I really appreciated because that is something a lot of places overlook. They completed my oil change, maintenance checks, fluids, filters, and everything else incredibly fast while still being thorough. I was able to get everything done during my lunch break and still be in and out quickly. That level of efficiency and customer service is hard to find. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced, and I absolutely recommend this location and team.

Outstanding service. Full service oil change with a headlight replacement for $97 along with low-pressure/basically informative feedback on recommended services to follow. The usual cost to replace a headlight on my Chrysler is listed between $250 and $300 (mostly the labor). These guys did it for ten times less. They also correctly noted that my filter was good to go and did not need to be replaced--indicating they are honest as well. The boss/supervisor was on top of everything--coming through to check on things, coaching and encouraging his team at the same time. He spoke about a million miles per hour but I imagine that had to do with his focus on getting things done in a timely fashion. Really nice, competent people. These guys are pros.

Miles took great care of my jeep wrangler it’s old and we did Full synthetic oil change he recommended transfer case fluid and front and rear differential fluid changes as well. This old 2011 Jeep Wrangler is riding so smooth now I really appreciate the way he took care of me. Great shop clean fast take all five of my vehicles to this location home run thank you very much
