Logan and the team were very friendly! The lady that brought me in (I wish i remembered her name!) took the time to explain things to ensure that I kept my car in the best shape possible. The staff were very efficient I got an oil and cabin filter change in less than 10 minutes I will definitely be back to this location!

I had a great experience at Valvovine on Veterans Parkway. After visiting two other service locations that did not have European oil available and were not very helpful, I was becoming frustrated. I also tried calling several times before finally getting information on where I could go for service. When I came to this location, Xavier, Shayne, and Logan were incredibly helpful, professional, and polite from the moment I arrived. They were knowledgeable, answered my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. They even gave my daughter a popsicle because it was hot outside, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their customers. Xavier, Shayne, and Logan provided outstanding customer service and had excellent attitudes throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the experience and will definitely be returning here for future service needs. Highly recommend!
