I was in and out in 10-15 mins!!! The manager Tanner was very nice, greeted me with a smile and was friendly the whole time! He got me checked in and checked out fast. The technician James was fast, efficient, and very thorough & also had a smile on his face when talking to me!!! I am from Indiana and gave up on the New Albany location but VERY happy I have these guys another chance to get my vehicle ready for my vacation! Thanks yall!!!!! Oh and also, the guys underneath you’re appreciated too!!! I will be back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Valvoline! James helped me with my oil change, and he was absolutely wonderful. Everyone on the team was very friendly, professional, and super helpful from the moment I arrived. My oil change was completed very quickly, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what services were being performed and any recommendations they had. I really appreciated how efficient and transparent the entire process was. I will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Garrett and Carter were both fast, professional, and very personable throughout the entire visit. They made the process quick and easy while still taking the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Garrett and Carter!
