I was due for a change and headed toward my normal spot. Saw the Memorisl Day balloons and people outside w/ signs…I thought it was a protest at first (lol!) and I was about to drive past, but realized it was the Vslvoline crew w/ “no waiting” signs. Dustin and the full crew were helpful and friendly as always. One gal who has serviced me before a time or two remembered my KERM1E car (green KIA w/ KERM1E plates)!! We chatted about work (I do massage) and had a nice time while they quickly filled me up. I had a 20% off coupon which helped offset the cost of new cabin filter and still got me out the door at reasonable price. Dustin told me about this survey w/ the incentive for another 20% off which I will definitely take the incentive! Really great crew…thank you for the fast and friendly service free of protesters!! :)

Eugene has an amazing way making a customer feel comfortable! He had such an upbeat personality that can turn a gloomy day into a positive one. I appreciate the customer service done to my cat from him and the female CSR ( I didn’t catch her name) they did an awesome job! I will be coming back for future services with our LabCorp vehicles. Thank you, Mr. wiggles, Mr. Cedric and of course the bad ass women in there! ? I came in yesterday under an emergency situation with my SUV fully loaded of children, hot, nervous, exhausted ? but man, this place was more than exceptional! They helped me get back on the road while keeping my littles entertained, safe and cooled off in the office! You guys are the real MVPs of our summer! Thank you so much! ?
