Valvoline is my go to for oil changes because the team is always friendly, polite, and efficient. Q (Quadarius) and his teammates Shamel, Cassell, and Nico were fantastic. They ensured I had the opportunity to ask questions, provided me with insight and suggestions for my vehicle without it feeling pushy or salesy, and genuinely cared about my experience. Not to mention, they simply had wonderful energy. I am always grateful for mechanics that seem to have my best interest in mind, are respectful of the knowledge I do or do not have, and provide me with exceptional service. I had a great experience at Valvoline! Cassell and Keondre provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The oil change was quick, efficient, and they made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. They worked well together as a team and made the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s refreshing to receive service from people who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend asking for Cassell and Keondre if you visit Valvoline. 5 stars!!!! Let me tell yall about my oil change Oct 6, 2025!! Extremely professional atmosphere and it felt so safe. The manager Maurice runs a tight ship and communicated so well with all the employees. Even the young lady he was training. He made sure to answer her questions and encourage her. I loved to witnessed it. I am not trying to cause harm or step on toes when I say this, but please get him to train at other locations in the wake county area!! My service was so good at this location I almost asked for a job application ? ! Thank you six forks team! Please keep it up!
