Started coming here about a year ago after being fed up with dealerships(having to rearrange my whole schedule just to be stuck for two hours). Nothing but positive things to say about this crew. I'm able yo get in an out within my 30 minute lunch break. If there's a wait they're upfront about time so I can decide to just come back the next day or not. Always friendly and never any high pressure upsells. I'm up front with what I am there for, if I tell them I am just there for an oil change they accept it and get the job done quickly and safely.
I had a great experience at Valvoline! The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They explained everything they were doing throughout the oil change, which I really appreciated. They also found that my air filter had critter debris in it and replaced it, taking the time to show me exactly what they found and explain why it needed to be changed. I never felt pressured—just well informed. Excellent customer service, quick service, and great communication. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes!
Came on a very busy day (but was unaware it was customer appreciation day.) The wait time was about an hour because of the special event. Jason outside was very efficient at getting all the cars coming in for services checked in and organized. He was extremely personable and pleasant despite being so busy. He kept us updated about what was going on with wait times and kept everything moving smoothky. Once inside the bays for service, Nathan was also great! He was very knowledgeable about the process and made recommendations based on what my car needed to keep running. Overall GREAT customer service today with all the team members we interacted with. It's rare these days to find such a great service team and I'm so glad I chose today for my services!
