Todays crew was great, I even tipped them! They did the oil change quick, but also replace a few light bulbs that were out after having specific bulbs delivered?!? Plus I wasn't made to feel like a burden for using their services, like in the past. I'll be back
I went this afternoon to get an oil change, unfortunately I have Mini Countryman and it has a part that can easily become damaged when removing the inconveniently placed oil filter. They told me they unfortunately couldn’t perform the oil change but still checked my tires and filled them to the appropriate inflation and topped off my fluids. Even though I didn’t get what I went for it was still some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I have always gone to this location until my mini because it does require other needs, but I left so impressed by the employees and since I didn’t have cash on me to tip them, I thought I’d make this post to say thank you so much for your outstanding service!
I went there this morning because my coolant was low and they topped me off for free!! I was a little low on cash and that was very much appreciated. Thank you guys for such a blessing. Keep up the good work!! I'm coming back when I need service for my vehicle.
