Every employee that I encountered was professional and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get everything I needed in one trip. Despite the busy day.with lots of customers, they were expedient and proficient. The crew is respectful, patient and engaging. They gave great customer service. I will return and recommend this location (golf course and paradise) to others.
Previously, I went to another Valvoline location for my oil change. As time went on, I realized I had a leak. This was not there before the appointment. Came to this location and they fixed it realizing the drainage cap was not installed correctly after the last oil change. They called the other store and had them take note of that on my account and to be able to ensure the previous technician didn’t make the same mistake. So hopefully it became a good learning opportunity for them.
I love coming to the golf course location to get my oil changes. The staff is always amazing and the service is always quick. I’d like to recognize the amazing customer service from Desiree I received today. While I was getting my oil changed She informed me about something that might be a problem later down the road with the connectors for my battery. She took the time to explain in detail the issue and also let me see visually what she was talking about. Never made me feel pressured to add on any services which I really appreciated. She was so kind, helpful, and had such a nice up beat attitude! Thank you so so much!
