This Valvoline is absolutely the best! Every time I go, they are always so helpful and friendly! Today I had the pleasure of working with Jaime, and let me tell you, he is incredible! I had an oil change, smog check, my cabin air filter replaced, air put in the tires, and my coolant reservoir filled. And can’t forget Kylie for doing my smog check! I love that I can get all these services done at once! Thank you Jaime, Kylie, and everyone at Valvoline! 10/10 would recommend!
I had my oil change a couple of months ago and was very impressed with the service tech. He explained the services that Valvoline provides vs. a dealership or a mechanic shop. He took the time to teach me how to “maintain” my vehicle so I could avoid seeing a mechanic. Then, earlier this month, my headlight went out, and I returned to Valvoline, and Kylie took care of me. I thought I'd have to replace the bulb, but after looking under the hood, all that was needed was tightening the bulb as it had come loose. While I was there, I asked about improving my AC. Kylie looked at the system and found a slight leak and recommended replacing a valve and AC service. Both of these employees exhibited what I call “extreme” customer service.
Everyone was super nice. They explained everything I needed and WHY, which was very helpful. Checked in on me multiple times during my mild wait time. Everyone introduced themselves and told me what they were doing too. They check your lights, fluids, and tire pressure every time as well so you really feel like it’s a well rounded service. Was honestly amazing. This will be my lifelong place I think. I’ve already recommended it to my husband and a few friends.
