Visited the Auburn location today and was not disappointed. Josh was very personable and took his time to explain to us that we should really try to get at least one thing off of the checklist done on our high mileage vehicle to extend its life. We really appreciated that and that he gave us a print out so that we can plan for it. Gary was very nice and efficient as well. He was very polite when he needed to walk through the conversation to continue servicing our vehicle thoroughly. He got us in and out swiftly. It was an all in all a great experience.
I went for an oil change. Josh was wonderful! Even tho it was a very hot day, he was so pleasant. He went over all of the options for my vehicle and was so nice. Thank you for great customer service! I will continue to be a customer of Auburn valvoline.
