The gentlemen that helped service my vehicle were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They explained each step of the process and helped get my oil change done efficiently and as quickly as possible. I was very pleased with my service and grateful that they were patient with my very talkative Maltipoo who was accompanying me that day!
I was greeted as soon as I entered the parking lot and told which bay to wait in front of. They had two bays open in the same lane, so I got to pull in and start getting worked on before the person in front of me was finished. I was asked if I wanted my tires and lights checked, which they did, filling my tires as needed. I was NOT offered anything I had to pay extra for. I was treated friendly and respectfully. Would definitely recommend this Valvoline on Route 9.
