I went here to have my car serviced. I pulled to the shop around 9am in the morning. I was happy that their was no line and Jose was exceptionally professional. The team did a excellent job with the full synthetic oil change, this was about under 20 minutes. I also had my A/C recharged here. At first I, was a little nervous and skeptical. Jose was able to vacuum, reclaim and recharge my system on my vehicle. Their was about less than 6 ounces of refrigerant in system and it was past due. The A/C process took about almost a hour. They was able to recharge it to 19 ounces and put the pressure at the right level. The total value for everything was decent. Thanks Jose and the rest of the; Federal Way, WA Valvoline Associates.
Went to this Valvoline for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without being pushy. They got me in and out quickly, checked everything over, and made the whole process easy. The team was respectful, knowledgeable, and took good care of my vehicle.
