I have always changed my own oil. I had a fear of just driving up and getting things done and people trying upsell me things I didn’t need. It wasn’t scary and they only gave me what I asked for. Super knowledgeable and helpful workers. Quick service! They said if I ever need to pop in to get my air checked on my tires or windshield wiper fluid filled, to just pop in. I won’t be going anywhere but here! I’m very impressed! THANK YOU!
EDIT 01/29/2026 - I got an unexpected phone call this morning, a conference call with what I assume is corporate and this centers manager, Skylar. I sincerely appreciate the phone call and making this right. You don't see that much anymore, and I feel like mistakes can and will always happen -- we are human after all. What allows people to stand out is being accountable. Skyler at Valvoline did just that for this location and his staff. I do not live in that area anymore BUT I will be coming back over there just for your service. Thank you! I've been going there for the last year. The first or 2nd time I went, and they removed the engine cover, I remember seeing them set it off to the side. A few days later I was confused on why I was hearing lifter ticks now, I pop the hood and noticed the insulated engine cover is gone. I chalked it up to mistakes happen and never brought it up. Haven't had an issue until recently, I went in for an oil change, the guy was in a hurry and seemed a bit rude, I get it, I've worked as a auto tech for 20 years - some days I didn't want to deal with customers either but driving down the freeway today, my car starts making a slapping noise, I had an idea what it was as it wasn't metal nor was it consistent with RPM. They forgot to tighten the air dam/ splash guard that they have to take off to change my filter. Mistakes happen, I've done my fair share while working in the industry, please take a moment to double check not just oil levels but anything else you remove and reinstall.
I had an outstanding experience at the Valvoline Insta Oil Change in Milwaukee, Oregon (across from Safeway and the bank). The team truly went above and beyond my expectations! A huge shoutout to Drake and Jason — these two are absolute stars when it comes to service and customer care. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their customers. They did an amazing job on my vehicle, and I felt completely confident leaving my car in their hands. The entire process was quick, thorough, and hassle-free. I will definitely be returning for all my future oil changes, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.
