I went in for a quick oil change and the guys working were all really great and professional. I was attended by Ethan the Manager and he was kind enough to give me options that worked within my budget. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good service done in no time. Awesome experience overall!
First, I do like to start with that I don’t review any place often but this place made me want to review. This Valvoline in Tracy exceeded my expectations. Manager Brian Guerrero was awesome, kind personality and complete professionalism from the start. He explained how everything works, including that you never even have to get out of your car. You get to sit there and watch everything they do the whole time. Jonathan, the assistant manager, actually did my service (oil change and cabin air filter) and talked to me the whole time. He was quick, clear, and told me exactly what I needed vs what was just recommended. Didn’t try to push anything on me, just worked fast and communicated well. Even helped me find coupons to drop my total price. The rest of the crew, didn’t catch their names, were just as kind and quick, and you could tell they all work well together. Not one bad vibe, just solid service all around. My regular spot is actually in Fremont, but I’ve been burned by shops here in Tracy before, so finding a place out here I can actually trust matters a lot, especially since I commute a lot and need stuff done fast and right. This place delivered. Definitely my new go-to for oil changes and basic maintenance in Tracy.
The service is fast, top notch, Diego was very informative and kind and really on top of his sales skills. Lol. I am happy they check everything and even recommend what services is due. Highly recommend the place. Thank you so much.
