I was highly satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The team was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the oil change service as well as any maintenance items that may be needed in the future. As a woman, it can sometimes be difficult to find a service center that communicates honestly and respectfully, or to know exactly how to care for my vehicle. I really appreciated that the staff patiently answered my questions, explained what was pending without any pressure, and helped me better understand my car’s maintenance needs. I also really like their drive-thru service model. It’s incredibly convenient because I don’t have to leave my vehicle there all day or arrange transportation while it’s being serviced. Everything is done quickly and efficiently while I wait, which saves me a lot of time. Their excellent communication, transparency, convenience, and customer service made me feel confident that my vehicle was being well cared for. I will definitely return and highly recommend their service to others.

He went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The oil change was quick, the service was honest, and I felt valued as a customer. I previously went to SpeeDee in Daly City. Nothing wrong with them, but this was so much better! I was very impressed with the level of attention to the customer with nice touches bike, showing me that the oil was filled to the full level on the dipstick after the change. I also noticed that they had a second technician check the work of the first technician. And the safety check for lights and brakes was also taken seriously. The upsell never felt pressured or pushy either. They definitely earned their five stars and I will be coming back here.
