Customer experience is obviously prioritized at this Valvoline location. It is maintained as one of the cleanest car care facilities imaginable. Staff members don't just respond with “My pleasure,” they act as though serving is, in fact, pleasurable. It also seems that every time I use their services, they find a way to add value that was unexpected (e.g. adding spray lubricant to the hinge of a squeaking door). It is meaningful when exiting to hear, “We look forward to seeing you again next time.”
I have been to a lot of places in my 43 years, and I decided to go to my neighborhood Valvoline and was pleasantly surprised. I only got my state inspection, and was in and out super fast. Had a few questions about my AC system and I tell you what the manager, Mr. Allen, they better hang onto that guy, because his Customer service Is impeccable. Thank you guys so much for the help along with the hospitality. I hope you guys keep kicking butt.
I had an oil change here yesterday and I was very pleased with the service, the speed and the price. All the guys up there were super nice and friendly. Let me know what may need attention and was ok, without being pushy. I had no wait and i may live over 30 mins away but ill probably be back to this location again! Thank you guys!
