This location is great! The staff are friendly and they usually fit you in quickly even when busy. I’ve never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. The manager, Hunter, is very approachable and will usually come check on how things are going and make recommendations as needed. I never feel like he’s trying to upsell and he’s not pushy. He even insisted on giving me a first responder’s discount when he saw my fire department sticker on my car. I really appreciated the kindness. With this place being so close to home it is my first choice for convenience but I’ve been very blessed that the quality of work is also top-notch! They’ve even been kind enough to change broken headlight bulbs for me so long as I supplied the bulb. That saves me a trip to the mechanic, too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys for all that you do!
Best Valvoline oil change location I have been to. They always want to doublecheck all things with your vehicle and tell you of any serious issues they find. These kids actually seem to enjoy working together. It’s the one place I return to have my vehicle maintenanced. Adnan and Hunter were exceptional, very friendly and very helpful!!!
Love those guys... They educate me of what is needed for my car and the reasons of why is needed along with prices. . No peer pressure there... They make sure everything is done and put back in place... No issues here.. it's rare to find good quality staff that helps and work together. Love it... Keep up the good work .. love coming here..
