I had an excellent experience at Valvoline, thanks to Sharif! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions without trying to upsell me, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Sharif truly went above and beyond. I like to go here because of the awesome crew that works there. They always take good care of my car and are very kind and personable to myself as well. Love this place. Anil, Matthew, the young lady and the main man- ( I don't know their names were working this morning 7/22/26 @ 8am) took good care of me and let me know what I'll be needing soon without pressure sales being shoved down my throat, thank you all! ?
I stopped in for an instant oil change, at Valvoline's, on Rt. 40 and Rt. 273, near BJ's and the Farmer's Market. I was aware that I needed more work done, but, I just hadn't scheduled the time to have it done. After diagnostic testing I decided to have the work done since I was already in the shop. Well, I would like to share my experience with you The staff was kind, friendly, as well as very professional. I was offered every coupon they could find which was appreciated, since I was expecting a much larger bill. I welcomed their generosity and the personal attention. Going forward, they have gained a new customer, and I found a place to have my car serviced where I feel safe, and the location is ideal.
