I was very happy with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change for several reasons. First, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They started the service quickly, which I appreciated because I didn't have to wait long. The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing. They answered all my questions without rushing me, which made me feel confident in their work. I liked that they showed me the oil they were using and talked about the importance of regular maintenance. I love this location and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I was stranded in the middle of the street 4 miles away from Valvoline location. No one would stop to help after a hour A gentleman came to my rescue. Service Center Manager Keith Johnson seen me trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. He knew it was my battery and he used his battery, so I could follow him to his Valvoline Station. I bought a new battery and needed an oil change got a discount with coupon. I was on my way Thank You so much Mr Keith Johnson your a great man God Bless you ??
Very immediate service, no long wait at all, for inspection, which I appreciate. This is my 3rd visit even though I passed a few other places. Nice help and also asked to inflate my tire pressure due to weather light was on. All done with a smile. Thank you Manager Keith for your asssitance on making sure tire pressures were completed. I appreciate this to keep me safe on road.
