I had an awesome experience. I came in about 10 minutes before closing they guys were able to get me in and out. Carlos was very knowledgeable and he educated me on a few services that I needed. I was offered a cold bottle of water. My fluids were topped off and they put air in my tires. I’m big on customer service and the guys went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning.
I stopped by Valvoline Instant Oil Change today in a bit of a rush, and the service was excellent. Josh took great care of me, he was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly knows what they’re doing and still takes the time to help. I really appreciated the smooth experience and will definitely be coming back.
UPDATE: This is still the best oil change place I have ever went to. Carlos was very nice and professional. Jose did great at changing my oil and was also very friendly. I was in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend this location. Very professional/fully staffed, clean establishment, and are way better than Take 5. I was in and out in no time. Moving forward, this will be my go to place.
