All of the employees were very good told you what was going to be done. How long it would take., Gabriel was very knowledgeable very good customer service. But can I tell you also these guys work very hard all day non-stop hot , cold weather . They need fans up on top to feel a bit cooler. They deserve it please ??
Kike and the two other young men who helped him were so helpful to me today! I drive a 2016 XC 70 and I came in asking if they could help me with replacing a low beam bulb. They happily went to work at it and let me know that the type of bulb I needed was not something they carried . They told me if I could get the bulb and bring it back they'd be happy to install it for me. I went to O'Reilly's picked up the bulb came back and they did it in 10 minutes, all the while being friendly and polite. The store is great and I appreciate every experience I've had there so far from oil changes to tire checks to this. I highly recommend it.
I give this team 5 stars because they accommodated my 2008 Chevy Corvette C6 Z06. The car over the years slightly has gotten lower and they still made it happen. I took my own race oil and filter and they changed it for me., same great service checks and recommendations. All for $40 is a great deal when you don’t have a lift.
